I go super in-depth with your custom diet plan and ensure it includes everything you would need to succeed. It's a GAME CHANGER to know exactly what nutrients we need each day and the proper amounts. Here's what's included:
Note: Your meal plan stays the same for 4 weeks at a time and with good reason. This helps with consistency and if we're constantly changing things up, it can be hard to follow. Around the 3-week mark, we'll see the progress you've made so far and discuss next month's meal plan :)
It's essential that we make adjustments to your plan monthly to help prevent plateaus and help you adhere to the program long-term.
The frequency of workouts depends on your fitness level and goals. I will work with you to develop a workout plan that fits your needs, schedule, and lifestyle. I recommend at least 3-4 workouts per week for optimal results. We can have a more aggressive approach with 5-6 workouts per week starting after the first month IF you currently haven't been exercising or following a training plan for 2+ weeks.
The results of my system vary depending on your goals and level of commitment. However, my system is designed to help you achieve a 30% increase in overall strength, tone up with 10-15+ pounds of lean muscle mass, or even maintain your current weight while STILL boosting your strength significantly! You don't need to be a large guy to lift heavy weights!
ABSOLUTELY! My system is designed to work with clients of any skill level whether you have never touched a weight, or have been doing it for a while but struggle to be consistent. I will provide modifications and guidance to ensure that you are performing exercises safely and effectively. I will gradually increase the intensity and difficulty of workouts as you progress ensuring we don't hit a plateau.
No, however, access to a gym or small gym equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, cable machines, and more will help us have more effective workouts and reduce the time required to reach our fitness/physique goals! If you have no equipment, we can implement bodyweight exercises or utilize what you have around your house :)
Within 48 hours :) Upon signing up, I'll guide you through the process of filling out your health history and lifestyle questionnaire along with info I need to create your custom diet plan. After I receive all the necessary information, I will design your custom meal/training plan!
